Amy MacKay has recently joined Dubai Insurance Company to drive sales of the Global Plans in the United Arab Emirates

Amy MacKay has recently joined the Global Plans team. Amy offers the Global Plans team a wealth of experience in the industry having worked for Standard Life Healthcare, one of the largest insurers in the UK, where she had a successful career in their Brokers Sales Department.

At Dubai Insurance Company her principal role will be to work with our intermediary partners in the UAE to train and inform them about the Global Plans and their benefits, with a view to supporting sales volumes, increasing regional presence and to generate new opportunities for business growth.

At Dubai Insurance we place great importance on treating customers fairly. We want to ensure that our clients have an insurance policy that gives their employees the insurance protection they need, within an affordable budget. We also want our clients to be well informed, in advance of the sale, about what their policy does – and doesn’t cover. The documentation we will provide both at the quotation stage and when the policy goes into force, is clear, comprehensive and written in plain English.

Our Global Plans sales team are fully trained in all aspects of the Global Plans. Working strictly in accordance with our Best Practice guidelines for Treating Customers Fairly, Amy will work closely with brokers and their clients so that we consider, and understand our client’s needs before we submit our quotation.
