Since our collaboration with leading local insurer Dubai Insurance Company began in May 2008, we have seen phenomenal growth in the sales of our international health, life and income insurance plans throughout the UAE.

We have well and truly out-performed the five years prior to the partnership. Figures reported in October 2009 showed growth of 647% in the first three quarters of 2009 compared with the same period in 2008, despite the global economy having very significant problems in that same time period. This clearly shows that local knowledge and expertise can make all the difference in securing business.

The demand for our Global Plans amongst companies requiring protection for their international employees has been such as to substantiate the on-going expansion of the Dubai-based team with the appointment of a Corporate Account Manager.

At the beginning of 2010 we reported a 53% increase on new group sales in the first quarter 2010 compared with the same period in 2009, and 100% of all company policies renewing since November 2009. With all of our company policies being renewed it shows that we are dedicated to the support of the customer, the high quality of service and a competetive price that compliments the high quality of our products.

As part of our commitment to providing our clients and partners with unparalleled levels of service and support, we have also established a local claims team to enable swift settlement of out-patient claims. Trained by William Russell Limited in the UK, and working to William Russell’s high standards of treating customers fairly, our claims team are available during Dubai working hours to settle claims and handle all your claims queries.
