Global Health plan members based in the UAE can depend on western-style service levels from a William Russell-trained claims team based in Dubai.
The establishment of a local claims team in Dubai has further enhanced the service that plan members receive when they use their Global Health plan. By having an office locally, your medical insurance claims can be handled by people with an extensive local knowledge, during Dubai working hours.
Outside working hours there is a 24 Hour emergency medical assistance helpline who can assist at any time with emergency medical admissions, and other emergency situations.
Our plan members are free to choose in which hospital or clinic they have their treatment, within their area of cover. For pre-authorised in-patient and day-patient treatment, we will settle the hospital’s bills directly.
For out-patient treatment, our members need to pay the clinic or pharmacist and submit a claim. If the claim is for less than $500 you can submit your claim by e-mail. We pay claims quickly and efficiently. In fact if you pay for your treatment by credit card and submit your claim to us quickly, the chances are we will have reimbursed you before the charge appears on your credit card statement!
Members on a corporate scheme are able to use the extensive Neuron Network of medical providers. You simply need to pay the provider for your plan excess, and the provider will send the bills for your treatment to Neuron for settlement.
